Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the ONE Focus mobile app (“the App”) and related ONE products handle information when you use our services.

1. Scope
- the ONE Focus app (Android / iOS, as available);
- the in-app “30-day” Guide;
- ONE digital products by JDEVCODE when they link to this policy.
2. Principles
- We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Much of the App can work with data stored locally on your device.
3. Data we process
- Local productivity data: today’s task, completion history, streak, preferences, Guide progress — primarily on your device.
- Account / cloud backup (if enabled): account identifiers, optional email, synced productivity data via a provider (e.g. Firebase), only if you enable backup or sign-in.
- In-app purchases: Pro / subscription status via Google Play Billing and/or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full card number.
- Notifications: if allowed, technical push tokens for reminders.
- Technical data: device type, OS / app version, optional crash logs.
- Support: if you email us, your message and email address.
4. Purposes
- provide one-task-per-day focus, timer, progress, and Guide features;
- back up / restore data if you enable cloud sync;
- manage Free / Pro access and purchases;
- send reminders you opted into;
- improve app stability;
- answer support requests;
- comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal bases (EU / EEA / UK)
- Contract: to provide the App features you request;
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, limited technical improvement;
- Consent: notifications and certain optional processing;
- Legal obligation where required.
6. Sharing with processors
We may use technical processors solely to run the service (e.g. Google Play / Firebase if enabled, Apple App Store if iOS). We do not share your data with third-party ad networks for advertising profiling in the current version described here.
7. Retention
- Local data: while the App is installed, or until you clear / uninstall it.
- Cloud data (if any): while your account is active; deleted on request or account closure, subject to limited legal retention.
- Support emails: a reasonable period to handle your request.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfect; you remain responsible for your device and credentials.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
11. International transfers
If providers outside your country process data, appropriate contractual safeguards may apply.
12. Ebook / Beacons products
If you buy a ONE ebook on a third-party platform (e.g. Beacons), payment and buyer accounts are handled by that platform. Also review that platform’s privacy policy.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. For material changes, we may notify you in the App or on the store listing.
